How do I become a member?

If we need any further details from you to progress your application, our client retention team will in touch via email.

I have applied, what happens next?
We have a dedicated onboarding team who will begin processing your application, we aim to process all applications within 2-3 working days.
​
Once you have been onboarded as an elite member, you'll receive an email from the team confirming your membership.
We will also pop your welcome pack and exclusive metal members card in the post!

All UK member welcome packs are sent via Royal Mail (Deliveries between 3-5 business days).

How do I activate my membership?
When your welcome pack arrives, you will find a welcome letter from us.
Scan the QR code at the top right corner of your welcome pack and follow the two simple steps to activate your new membership with us.

Your membership will activate the moment you scan and complete the above.

I have lost my membership card, how do I order a replacement?
These things happen and it is important to let us know sooner rather than later.
​
Simply login to your elite member portal and select the lost/replace card option on the left side of your portal dashboard.
Your replacement member cards are complimentary!
